LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ayra Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or purchase any of our done‑for‑you AI UGC services. By using the site or submitting a brief, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
Ayra Studio is an independent content studio that produces short‑form video Reels and supporting copy for product‑led small businesses. The studio works with clients worldwide. For the purposes of data protection law, Ayra Studio acts as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through direct correspondence such as email or WhatsApp.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you browse the site, and information we receive from third parties such as advertising or analytics partners.
Information you give us. When you submit the project brief form, send us a WhatsApp message, or email us, you may provide your name, your brand or business name, an email address, a phone or WhatsApp number, the package you are interested in, and free‑text details about your product and offer. We may also retain copies of any product photos, logos or brand references you upload or send for the purpose of delivering the service you have paid for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tooling may log your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit on this site, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and the referring URL. Cookies and similar technologies may be set by us and by third parties such as Google to recognise your browser between visits.
Information from third parties. If you choose to contact us through Google, Meta, LinkedIn or a similar platform, we may receive the basic profile information you have chosen to make available to that platform, such as your display name and a contact handle.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the AI UGC service you have ordered, send you invoices and receipts, manage the client relationship over time, improve the website and the way we present our work, comply with legal and tax obligations, and — only where you have given separate consent — to send you occasional updates about the studio.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent out our contact list. We do not share your product photos, brand assets or unfinished Reels with anyone outside of the small team that produces your work.
4. Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar storage technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand which pages are useful and which are not. Advertising cookies — including cookies set by Google AdSense — are used to deliver ads on this site and to measure their performance.
AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on the visit of this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of certain third‑party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking certain cookies may mean parts of the site stop working as expected, but you will still be able to read the content.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires us to have a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent (for example, when you opt in to marketing emails), the performance of a contract (when we deliver a Reel package to you), our legitimate interests in running and improving the studio (for example, basic analytics), and our legal obligations (for example, retaining tax records for the period required by Indian law).
6. How we share information
We share your information only with the parties that need it to operate the studio. This includes our hosting provider, our email and form‑handling provider, our payment processor for invoices, our analytics provider (if enabled), our advertising partners such as Google, and any sub‑contractor who helps deliver a specific Reel. All such parties are bound by their own privacy and security obligations, and we only share the minimum amount of information they need to perform their function.
We may also disclose information when we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid order from a competent authority.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiries and brief forms for up to 24 months so that we can return to them if you come back. We keep invoicing and tax records for the period required by Indian tax law, which is typically at least six years from the end of the relevant financial year. We keep delivered Reels, source assets and brand references for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable backup period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you at any time, subject to the legal retention rules above. See section 10 for how to make that request.
8. How we protect your information
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. These include transmitting the site over HTTPS, restricting access to project files to the people who need them, using reputable providers for hosting, email and payments, and never storing card details on our own servers. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in line with applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to correct it if it is wrong, the right to have it deleted, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, the right to receive a portable copy of the information you have given us, and the right to complain to a data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to make sure we are not giving your data to the wrong person.
10. Children
This site and our services are aimed at adult business owners and marketing teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based in other countries, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or the equivalent safeguards provided by those providers to keep your information protected to a comparable standard.
12. Contact us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise a right, or want to make a complaint, you can reach the studio at souren.devapp@gmail.com or via the contact details on the Contact page. We aim to reply within five working days.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the studio evolves, as the law changes, or as our tooling changes. The "Last updated" line at the top of the page will always reflect when the most recent change was made. Material changes will, where appropriate, be highlighted on the home page for a short period after they take effect.
